CANCELLATION POLICY:
Dog walking = You must give at least 24hrs notice when cancelling a service. Late cancellations will be charged in full, as though the service has gone ahead. Also if the walker is unable to gain access to your property or the dog isn't there, then it will be treated as a late cancellation and you will also be charged in full.
Pet Sitting/Pet Visits = If you cancel a single booking at short notice (less than 48hrs for Pet Sitting and less than 24hrs for Pet Visits) there'll be a late cancellation fee of £5 (£10 for Pet Sitting). Services that have been booked for 2 or more days in a row must be cancelled a week before commencement to avoid a 25% cancellation fee. Potential changes to the service should be pre discussed before the service commences (if you know you might want to come back early or extend your stay) and you should give at least 24hrs confirmation of these changes during the service if possible. Days that are cancelled during the service without prior consent and at short notice, will be charged in full.
Behaviour Rehab and Training = You must give at least 24hrs notice when cancelling a service otherwise you will be charged in full as though the service has gone ahead.
To avoid paying a cancellation fee you can reschedule your service instead, but you can only reschedule a service or appointment twice in succession before a penalty of £10 will be charged and the appointment will be classed as cancelled and may not be rescheduled.
